At Well People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean beauty journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
